Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely delighted with your ResonantOceanFlow purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation
• In original, unused condition — showing no signs of wear, use, or handling beyond inspection
• All original tags and labels attached and intact
• In original packaging — including the ResonantOceanFlow dust bag, tissue paper, and gift box
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

How to Return

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different colour, size, or product of equal value within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are free within Europe. Email us with your order number and preferred exchange item, and we'll handle the rest. If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference will be invoiced separately.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to process the credit. If you have not received your refund within 14 days of sending your return, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a complimentary return and either a replacement item or a full refund, entirely at your choice. ResonantOceanFlow covers all shipping costs for damaged item returns.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel and refund affected orders and notify the customer accordingly.

Product descriptions, colours, and photographs are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may exist between the displayed image and the physical product, particularly regarding leather grain and colour, which are natural variations of authentic leather goods.

3. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed when we send your order confirmation email and the item has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, including where items are out of stock, payment cannot be verified, or the order is suspected to involve fraud.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, designs, graphics, logos, trade marks, and the "Resonant Ocean Flow" name — is the exclusive intellectual property of Resonant Ocean Flow S.r.l. and is protected by Italian and international copyright and trade mark law. 5. Limitation of Liability
