Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of placement (Monday–Friday, excluding Italian public holidays). Orders placed after 14:00 CET will be processed the following business day. During peak periods such as the holiday season, processing times may extend to 3 business days — we will communicate any delays promptly.
Tracking & Insurance
All ResonantOceanFlow orders ship with full tracking and are fully insured against loss or damage in transit. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking portal. We ship via DHL Express for international orders and GLS/DHL for domestic Italian deliveries.
Customs & Import Duties
International buyers (outside the European Union) are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs taxes, and brokerage fees levied by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are entirely outside our control. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing your order.
For UK customers post-Brexit: UK import duties may apply for orders over £135. ResonantOceanFlow ships DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning duties are payable by the recipient upon delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. ResonantOceanFlow cannot be held responsible for delayed or undelivered orders resulting from inaccurate or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us immediately at info@resonantoceanflow.com.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely delighted with your ResonantOceanFlow purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking confirmation
- In original, unused condition — showing no signs of wear, use, or handling beyond inspection
- All original tags and labels attached and intact
- In original packaging — including the ResonantOceanFlow dust bag, tissue paper, and gift box
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Bespoke and custom-made items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, as they are made specifically to your order. Monogrammed items are similarly non-returnable.
How to Return
Contact Us
Email info@resonantoceanflow.com with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 business hours.
Receive Your Return Label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Returns are free for EU customers. For international returns, €15 is deducted from your refund to cover carrier costs.
Pack Securely
Pack your item in its original packaging (dust bag + gift box). If you no longer have the original box, use a sturdy outer box. Do not attach labels directly to the ResonantOceanFlow gift box.
Drop Off
Drop your parcel at any authorised carrier drop-off point. Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been confirmed.
Refund Processed
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different colour, size, or product of equal value within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are free within Europe. Email us with your order number and preferred exchange item, and we'll handle the rest. If the replacement item is of higher value, the difference will be invoiced separately.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to process the credit. If you have not received your refund within 14 days of sending your return, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a complimentary return and either a replacement item or a full refund, entirely at your choice. ResonantOceanFlow covers all shipping costs for damaged item returns.
Natural leather characteristics — including minor variations in grain, colour, and texture — are not considered defects. These qualities are what make each piece unique and are a mark of authentic, natural leather.
